Delivery and sale terms
Enter your delivery address to see the charge before payment. Nearby orders may qualify for free local drop-off by appointment; smaller orders outside the local area ship by carrier. For larger orders outside our delivery area, request a carrier quote before payment. We will contact you to arrange local drop-off. We do not operate a walk-in shop or publish a home pickup address. Any applicable tax and final amount appear before payment.
Final sale: We do not accept returns for change of mind or comfort preference on closing-sale purchases, including unopened pillows. If an item is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us so we can resolve the issue as required by law. This policy applies to new closing-sale orders; existing orders retain the terms under which they were purchased.
